Fried Goat Cheese Balls

There's nothing I love more than a good girl's night...a little food, a little wine and a LOT of fun! Back when I lived in Atlanta, my girlfriends and I would always go to this amazing tapas restaurant that served fried goat cheese.

When we moved to Florida, I really missed my girl's nights...and the fried cheese appetizer. So I decided that I just needed to make my own! It only took me one try and it turned out perfect...these literally melt in your mouth!

If you're not a fan of goat cheese, you'll probably want to skip these. But if you love goat cheese as much as I do, they are a must-try!!!
